Service Description
Copay deposit is necessarily, since everybody has different price. need a deposit. Insurance doesn't cover for cupping and moxibustion, you can select the extra paid services with extra pay not the deposit. if you choose extra time, you have to pay $25 and service extra which improve and benefit your treatment. Please text me with insurance information at 323-286-2635 or email at easy8@duck.com. When you cancel on that day, you cannot get the refund. It will toward to the cancellation fee to cover. We only give the credit when we get the deposit for other services.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds are allowed for service. However, only reschedule is allowed. If you have to cancel the appointment, please contact Dr. Kim and message her 72 business days ahead so that she can replace to other patient who is in pain. We understand your situation, we will work out for you also. Thank you for your services.
