Service Description
At Natural-Acupuncture center, we prioritize your wellness and aim to streamline your experience with a copay deposit to secure your appointment, as individual copays vary. Please note that services like cupping and moxibustion are not covered by insurance and can be added during your visit for an additional fee. If you'd like to extend 30min your treatment, a $40 fee will enhance the benefits of your session.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds are permitted for our services; however, rescheduling or cancellation is an option. If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact Dr. Kim by sending her a message 72 business days in advance. Processing cancellations takes 3 to 5 business days, and we are only available on business days, excluding weekends. We understand that circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please do not hesitate to reach out. Thank you for your service.
