Cancellation Policy
No refunds are permitted for our services; however, rescheduling or cancellation is an option. If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact Dr. Kim by sending her a message 72 business days in advance. Processing cancellations takes 3 to 5 business days, and we are only available on business days, excluding weekends.
